We pick and choose all the fruit at the field, and produce the vinegar using an artisan manufacturing understanding through a seven-month fermentation period.
As in all our other products, we employ a boutique manufacturing method for our vinegars and serve the bottled cure,
which is completely different from those you can easily find at the market shelves in all its aspects, at your tables.
